Navigate Systems with Us

This Systems Change Learning Guide is a living framework shaped by Jaya & Raïsa and an advisory of changemakers, educators, and researchers working toward just and regenerative futures. This work is a lifelong endeavour, and most of us are just scratching the surface. Our aim is to help changemakers, educators, and leaders take the next step when intervening in systems they belong to.

Jaya Ramchandani

Jaya Ramchandani is an educator-practitioner working in social entrepreneurship and systems change education. She co-designed the Systems Transformation Pathway at UWC Atlantic College, coaching students through self-directed interventions in complex systems. Her practice grew out of co-directing India's first science-meets-art festivals, The Story of Light and The Story of Space, and out of creating interdisciplinary curricula and community-learning models. Across festivals, classrooms, and advisory work she designs frameworks, courses, and educator training that make personal, social, and systems change more accessible, achievable, and rooted in regenerative values.
