Want to change the education
systems you're a part of?

Everyday, we adapt to the systems around us, trying hard to change them towards more preferred futures. We believe that systems change work is a lifelong endeavor, with each season of our lives presenting new challenges that require different skills and capacities. This open-source framework starts with a single inquiry: What do we need to learn to intervene in complex systems? We landed at this map to guide changemakers, educators, and leaders ready for systems work. It provides orientations to ground the work in shared values, 24 learning areas, a suggested route for intervening in complex systems, and learning resources from a community of changemakers and educators.
